This initial contact assists us to understand the nature of the dispute and enables us to determine whether the dispute falls within our area of expertise before we undertake any work.<\/p><p><strong>Inspection:<\/strong> Where it is deemed necessary and only with the agreement of the Client, a site inspection will be arranged to undertake any inspection and testing to determine the condition of electrical equipment and\/or the relevant parts of the electrical installation.<\/p><p>Photographic evidence will be gathered and permission will be sought, where it is necessary to remove any equipment requiring further inspection and\/or testing.
